Fangyuan Company’s Testing and Inspection Center (CNAS Testing Laboratory) is a comprehensive institution specializing in the testing of various performance aspects of slewing bearings. It integrates testing, experimentation, research, and analysis and is one of the constituent units of the Provincial Slewing Bearing Engineering Technology Center, ranking among the leading levels in the domestic slewing bearing industry.
The parent company, Ma’anshan Fangyuan Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., has a testing and experimental center established in November 2010. The center primarily engages in the testing and experimentation of slewing bearings and related products. It has a building area of 2,000 square meters and a total investment of over 60 million yuan. Authorized by the company’s legal representative, this testing and experimental center is a dedicated testing institution capable of independently conducting testing business. It comprises a mechanical testing laboratory, a materials testing laboratory, a general management office, and a metrology laboratory.The center is equipped with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) room, a tensile testing room, an impact testing room, a direct-reading spectroscopy room, a metallographic room, and a non-destructive testing room. The center has 20 staff members with bachelor’s degrees or above and 2 postgraduate students. It is equipped with over 40 pieces of professional testing equipment, including CMMs, life testing benches, vibration testing benches, and environmental testing equipment, providing a solid foundation for the accuracy of testing data.
On February 4, 2015, Ma’anshan Fangyuan Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.’s Testing Center was granted a laboratory accreditation certificate by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), registration number: CNAS L7463; the accredited testing capabilities cover 22 items.
